The dealership was named as the Dealer of the Year for Swift Caravans as well as being highly commended in the Black Horse Caravan Dealer of the Year category at the Swift Group's 9th Annual Awards of Excellence.

Swift, which makes Swift Caravans, is the UK's largest manufacturer of touring caravans and motorhomes.

Award winners are determined by the results of a unique, independent survey, commissioned by Swift, which invites consumers to rate the service of their dealership in terms of sales, aftersales and customer care.

Presenting the awards alongside TV personality Jimmy Tarbuck, Swift Group Chairman Peter Smith said: "These are the only genuine nationwide consumer awards in the industry and give people who buy our caravans and motorhomes the chance to vote for the dealers they believe provide them with the best customer service.

"These awards are a true reflection of the outstanding levels of service dealers like North Staffs offer their customers."
