NSC Scoop top industy award

North Staffs caravans have recently been awarded runner up for swift service centre of the year .
This award is based of independent customer satisfaction surveys, which are sent out to customers after they have purchased their new caravan, who then have their chance to rate the service they have received from the dealership.
Peter Simpson Swift brand manager presented the company with the award. The Service department team were pleased with the recognition they had received from their customers. Phil Trask Service manager said " This is tremendous achievement for us, however we will endeavour to win first place next year!"
